1 bottle of a dark, lager, stout, or brown ale beer.
2 cup of tomato ketchup
1 cup of regular BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of ground coffee
1 tablespoon of Saint Lucifer Habanero Table Spice #11
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Combine above ingredients together on low-medium heat in a medium sized pot.
Stir until all ingredients are mixed and bubbling a bit, about 10 minutes on low-medium heat.
If too thick, add water to desired consistency and taste.
Add to ribs, chicken, steaks, or anything looking for some flavor, and some Saint Lucifer Habanero Table Spice #11 heat. Great on wings.
