Grilled Shrimp Seafood Table Spice Lollipops

Ingredients:

3/4 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 lb. medium size shrimp
1 tbsp. Saint Lucifer's Seafood Table Spice (our Bloody Perfect Bloody Mary Mix also works great)
Directions:
Add lemon zest and juice with 2 tbsp. canola oil
Soak bamboo skewers in water
Toss shrimp in marinade and refrigerate for 20 min.
Skewer and place shrimp on hot grill
Garnish with lemon and micro celery
Serve with cocktail sauce
