1 1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts, cut in half
1/4 cup Divine Virgin - Habanero Infused EVOO
2 tablespoons Divine Nectar - Habanero Infused Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Sriracha Hot Sauce, or 1 teaspoon of St. Lucifer Habanero Table Spice #11
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together Divine Virgin, Divine Nectar and Sriracha (or/and St. Lucifer Habanero #11).
Add the brussels sprouts and toss until they are fully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
Pour any extra Divine Virgin mixture onto the pan and tilt the pan around to distribute evenly.
Roast until the brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and golden and caramelized on the cut sides, 18-25 minutes.
